Make sure there is a cover over the screw in each rubber stop on both front side rails. At the same time, check that no loose covers are stuck to the
soft top.

If the cover has become loose or if it is missing completely, a new one must be fitted, part no. 46 96 175. Clean away old adhesive residue from
the screw head. Glue on the new cover with quick-dry adhesive 46 20 084. Wipe off and remove any excess adhesive.
