Plug in the ISAT scan tool and select "READ FAULT CODES" from the menu. If any diagnostic trouble codes are present, continue in Trouble
Code Tables.

Check that a 12 V power supply is present between:
-
windshield wiper switch connector pin 6 and switch ground.
-
windshield wiper motor connector pin 5 and motor ground.
-
relay holder position G, pins 86 and 87.

If no 12 V power supply is present as checked in point 3, check the wiring for continuity/shorting by taking readings between:
-
fuse 31 and pin 6 of the windshield wiper switch connector.
-
fuse 31 and pin 5 of the windshield wiper motor connector.
-
relay holder position G, pins 86 and 87.
