A customer complaint of a leaking sunroof or wet headliner may be caused by several things. Please make certain when diagnosing this complaint that
you:
^
check that none of the sunroof drains are blocked
^
check that the O-ring at the sunroof channel drain tube is properly aligned
^
check that the sunroof glass seal is indeed sealed and not allowing water passed the seal into the vehicle
If you should find in your investigation that the O-ring at the sunroof channel drain tube is not properly seated and cannot be properly reseated, or is
damaged, you must replace it

Follow instructions in Service Manual 8:1 Body, body repairs to remove the sunroof drain tubes and fit a new O-ring.
