Control Module: Application and ID

The type designation of the transmission control module consists of two codes, each consisting of two groups of letters and numerals as in the following
example: RB 000012 (first group) and 6 06 (second group).

First Code:

RB = transmission control module model
000012 = serial number

Second Code:

6 = production year (6 = 1996)
06 = production week (calendar week)
