If a power supply is present, check the wiring between pin 38 of the ICE module connector and pin 5 of the switch connector.

Check whether a 12 V power supply is present on:
-
the washer pump's positive (+) terminal when the switch is in Position P.

If it is not, check the wiring between pin 5 of the switch and the washer pump's positive (+) terminal for continuity/shorting.

If the windshield washer system does not work after the above checks have been carried out, the fault is probably in the washer pump. Change the
pump.
