Exhaust Pipe/Muffler Hanger: Description and Operation
SUSPENSION
The exhaust system is suspended at five points in rubber hangers (in certain variants there is also a stay between the engine and the front pipe). In
order to provide good ground clearance, the exhaust system is semi-enclosed in a channel in the floor.
