Ignition Switch Lock Cylinder: Service and Repair

Disconnect the negative battery cable.

Remove the protective cover round the lock cylinder.

Remove the three bolts securing the center console.

Turn the ignition key to a straight ahead position and remove the lock cylinder. Use a narrow screwdriver to release the catch, inserting it at an
angle to the right in the hole.

Withdraw the lock cylinder straight up.
