Please refer to this bulletin if you have customers who comment that the NAV radio does not show Traffic Flow or Incident Data or that the data shown
is not accurate.
Real time NAV Traffic is not supported in all cities. NAV Traffic accuracy is dependent upon reporting agencies providing timely updates as traffic
incidents and flow data changes.

Important:
Make sure the radio has a current XM NAV Traffic subscription in order to receive XM NAV Traffic data.
XM NAV Traffic subscriptions can be stand-alone or combined with XM Audio subscriptions.
