Front Bumper Fascia Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front bumper fascia grille. Refer to Front Bumper Upper Fascia Grille Replacement   (See: Front Bumper Upper Fascia Grille

Replacement) and Front Bumper Lower Fascia Grille Replacement   (See: Front Bumper Lower Fascia Grille Replacement).

2. Release the front fascia.

Remove the 2 body-bound rivets (2) from the top front member.

Remove the 4 right-hand (1) and left-hand outside bolts (3).

Remove the 3 body-bound rivets (4) from the front axle body.

Note:  Danger of damage. Carefully disengage the front fascia from the outer supports. Press the side of the front fascia (I) upwards in the outer
support area and at the same time pull it outwards (arrow).

3. With the aid of an assistant, remove the front fascia.

Disconnect the main wiring harness plug (1).
