3. With the aid of an assistant, remove the rear seat back.

Remove the rear seat back from the side guide.

Installation Procedure

1. With the aid of an assistant, insert the rear seat back, insert the rear seat back into the side guide.

Caution:  Refer to Fastener Caution   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

2. Install the rear seat back.

Tighten the 3 rear bolts to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).

Note:  Use screw locking compound

3. Fold down the rear seat backrest.

Tighten the front 3 bolts to seat belt buckle to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).

4. Install the rear seat.

Insert the rear seat cushion and position.

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front seat backrest. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement   (See: Front Seat Back Replacement).
2. Remove the rotary handle, on vehicles with lumbar support.

Remove the handle.
