Astra L4-1.8L (2009)
Insert the upholstery.
2. Install the upholstery padding.
Insert the pad.
3. Install the upholstery covering.
Position the upholstery covering.
4. Insert the surrounding upholstery covering.
5. Install the lock panel.
Tighten the 2 bolts to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
6. Install the head restraint guide sleeve.
Engage the 2 head restraint guide sleeves (audible click).
7. Install the brackets, right and left.
Tighten the 2 bolts to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
8. Install the rear seat back cushion cover.
Install the 11 clips.
9. Install the head restraints.
10. Insert the rear seat backrest.
Note: Use screw locking compound.
11. Install the rear seat backrest.
Tighten the 2 screws at the back to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).
12. Fold down the rear seat backrest.
13. Insert the seat belt buckle.

Tighten the 4 bolts to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).

Tighten the 2 front bolts to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).
14. Insert the rear seat cushions and lock.

Removal Procedure
