Astra L4-1.8L (2009)
Tighten the hydraulic modulator to 5.5 Nm (45 lb in).
*
Push the EBCM on to the hydraulic modulator carefully without tilting it.
*
Install the 2 new bolts.
3. Remove the retaining link from the hydraulic modulator.
*
Remove the 2 sealing plugs from the hydraulic modulator.
*
Remove the retaining link.
*
Install the 2 sealing plugs into the hydraulic modulator.
4. Install the hydraulic modulator with the EBCM. Refer to Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Replacement (See: Hydraulic Control Assembly -
Antilock Brakes/Service and Repair/Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Replacement).
5. For programming procedures, refer to Control Module References (See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning).
