Brake Rotor Thickness Measurement

Note:  Permissible tolerance of remaining brake disc thickness at various measurement points 0.01 mm (0.025 in).

1. Measure the thickness of the brake disc with a caliper (1) at several points.
2. Nominal values. Refer to Disc Brake Component Specifications   (See: Specifications/Disc Brake Component Specifications).
