Astra L4-1.8L (2009)
1. Install the steering wheel coil module.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

Connect the wiring harness plug.
*
Insert the steering wheel coil module.
*
Install the wiring harness clamp.
Tighten the 3 bolts to 15 Nm (11 lb ft).
2. Install the turn signal switch paneling.

Insert the lower paneling.
Tighten the 3 bolts to 15 Nm (11 lb ft).

Insert the upper paneling.
Tighten the 2 bolts to 15 Nm (11 lb ft).

Install the 2 panels.
Note:

Ensure that the marks on the steering wheel and the steering shaft align.
*
Clean the thread and fit the new bolt with the locking compound.
3. Install the steering wheel to the steering shaft.
Install the steering wheel to the steering column.
Tighten the bolt to 30 Nm (22 lb ft).
4. Connect the wiring harness plug for the signal horn/Infotainment.
5. Install the driver side airbag.

Connect and latch the wiring harness plug.
*
Install the 2 clips.
6. Perform the readiness inspection.
7. Connect the battery.
