Caution:  Refer to Fastener Caution   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

4. Install the front door rear window channel.

Tighten the top bolt to 2.5 Nm (22 lb in).

5. Install the rear lower window channel.

Tighten the bolt to 7 Nm (62 lb in).

6. Install the outer belt sealing strip.
7. Install the inner channel sealing strip.

Note:  Damaged water vapor barrier must be replaced.

8. Install the water vapor barrier.

Apply adhesive tape to door frame according to the shaded areas shown.

Cut foil to size.

*

Allow for cable and manual window actuation cuts.

*

Install water vapor barrier without creases.

9. Install the rubber ring.

10. Install the rear side door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement   (See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and

Trunk/Doors/Rear Door/Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair).

11. Close the window.
