6. Install the transaxle shift control cable grommet (1) to the cowl panel.
7. Install the transaxle shift control cable to the transaxle control lever base. Insure the cable retainer (2) is fully secured to the transaxle control lever
base.
8. Connect the transaxle shift control cable terminal (1) to the shift lever pin.
9. Install the console. Refer to Console Replacement (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair).
10. Install the transaxle shift control cable (3) to the cable bracket (4).
11. Install the retainer (2) to the transaxle shift control cable.
12. Connect the transaxle shift control cable terminal (1) to the transaxle manual shift lever pin (5).
13. Adjust the automatic transmission shift control cable. Refer to Shift Control Cable Adjustment (See: Adjustments).
