Installation Procedure
1. Install the heater core cover.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
2. Install the heater core cover screws and tighten to 1.5 Nm (13 lb in).
3. Install the center floor air outlet duct.
4. Install the center floor air outlet duct screws and tighten to 1.5 Nm (13 lb in).
5. Install the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement (See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Housing Assembly
HVAC/Service and Repair).
