Steering Knuckle Replacement

Tools Required

J 24319-B Universal Steering Linkage Puller

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Remove the wheel bearing. Refer to Front Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement.

3. Remove the outer tie rod to knuckle nut.

4. Using the J 24319-B, separate the tie rod from the steering knuckle.
5. Remove the lower control arm.
