This condition may be caused by polymer base material contamination.

CORRECTION:
If a vehicle has this yellow staining or spotting condition on one or more of these polymer panels, and falls within the above VIN range, replace and 
paint all fenders, fender extensions and rear quarter panels on the vehicle. (Refer to the "Body/Collision Repair Service Manual" for the correct removal
and installation procedures for these polymer panels.)

IMPORTANT:

Replacement of all fenders, fender extensions and rear quarter panels on vehicles that are stained or spotted is the only method approved by Saturn
for repair of the vehicle. Refinishing stained or spotted fenders, fender extensions or rear quarter panels will only be a temporary repair.

Disposition of Replaced Parts

All fenders, fender extensions and rear quarter panels replaced in performing this service procedure are to be retained at the Retailer until you receive
additional direction from Saturn.

NOTE:

The "Paint Mix Time" has already been added to the base time for each body style.
