Dome Lamp Falls Out of Headliner 
(Install Screw to Retain Dome Lamp to Headliner)

MODELS 
AFFECTED: 
1991-1995 Saturn Sedans and Wagons, 1991-1996 Saturn Coupes

CONDITION: 

Dome lamp assembly comes loose and falls out of headliner. When inserted back into headliner, dome lamp assembly will not stay mounted in headliner.

CAUSE: 

Dome lamp assembly retention clips do not have enough tension to hold dome lamp in place.

CORRECTION: 

Follow the procedure in this bulletin to install a screw through the dome lamp assembly into the roof structure.

PROCEDURE

1.

Disconnect dome lamp assembly from electrical connector.
