Coupe L4-1.9L DOHC VIN 7 (1994)
Air Bag Resistor: Service and Repair
1. Remove DERM. Refer to Diagnostic Energy Reserve Module, Replace.
2. Remove DERM bracket nuts, then pull bracket off studs.
3. Remove connector position assurance (CPA) device and disconnect connector.
4. Squeezing back of clips, remove resistor module.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Torque DERM bracket nuts to 71 in. lbs.
