3. Thread the outer tie rod onto the inner tie rod using the previously recorded thread count.

4. Install the outer tie rod to the steering knuckle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

5. Install a new outer tie rod nut.

Tighten the nut to 25 N.m plus 90 degrees (18 lb ft) plus 90 degrees.

6. Install the front wheel.
7. Set the toe.
