L200 L4-2.2L VIN F (2002)
1. Remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover to expose the shoulder belt fastener.
2. Remove the shoulder belt fastener and the shoulder belt.
3. Lower the rear seat back.
4. Route the shoulder belt out of the C-pillar trim at access slot.
5. Remove the C-pillar trim assembly by pulling gently at the C-pillar trim clip locations.
Installation Procedure
Caution: Use the Loctite 242(R) or equivalent on all restraint fasteners before installing them.
1. Position the C-pillar trim to the vehicle.
2. Install the C-pillar trim by pushing gently at the clip locations.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
3. Install the rear seat shoulder belt to the C-pillar.
The rear shoulder belt upper fasteners to 35 Nm (26 lb ft).
