L200 L4-2.2L VIN F (2002)
NOTICE: The cylinder block oil pressure sensor and plug threaded holes in the main oil gallery are not pipe threads. Use only oil pressure fitting
J44953 with seal when checking oil pressure.
2. Using Oil Pressure Socket J35749 remove oil pressure switch.
3. Install Oil Pressure Fitting J44953 and Oil Pressure Gauge SA9127E (LL0 shown, L61 similar).
4. Start engine and warm to normal temperature.
IMPORTANT: Check for oil leakage after installing oil pressure switch.
5. Check oil pressure.
Oil Pressure at 1000 rpm: 344.75 - 531.60 kPa (50 - 80 psi)
Torque:
Oil Pressure Sensor-to-Block: 35 Nm (26 ft. lbs.)
