22. Loosen remaining frame-to-body attachment fasteners until there is enough clearance to remove steering gear through drivers side wheel opening.
23. Remove steering gear from vehicle.
INSTALLATION
1. One at a time, remove frame bolts and replace cage nuts which are located in the body and use new bolts. Torque retention of old nuts and bolts
may not be sufficient.
2. Install steering gear into vehicle through left wheel opening.
3. Using powertrain support dolly and Frame Alignment Fixture J43628, raise frame assembly to vehicle and tighten fasteners.

Frame Assembly-to-Body Bolts: 90 Nm (66 ft. lbs.) + 45° to 60°
