Clutch Master Cylinder: Service and Repair

CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER 

REMOVAL 

1. Clean brake fluid reservoir cap and area around cap.
2. Remove brake fluid reservoir cap and remove enough brake fluid to clear passage to clutch master cylinder.
3. Disconnect clutch hydraulic line assembly from body retaining clips.
4. Remove clutch hydraulic line assembly from clutch master cylinder. Position line out of way of clutch master cylinder removal path.

5. Remove clutch master cylinder hose from brake master cylinder.

6. Remove left lower I/P closeout panel (hush panel) push pins and remove left lower I/P closeout (hush panel).
