3. Install and tighten mirror attaching nuts.
Torque:
Outside Rear View Mirror Attachment Nuts: 10 N.m (89 in-lbs)
4. Install foam filler and mirror trim panel.
5. Install and tighten outer belt seal retaining screw at rear.
