9. Remove temperature cable eyelet from drive pin by squeezing drive pin together.

Face Plate/Knobs/Buttons

REMOVAL

1. Remove control head. (Refer to "HVAC Control Head" removal procedure.)
2. Remove temperature and mode knobs by carefully lifting edge of knob with small flat blade screwdriver.
3. Remove A/C, rear defog and recirculation buttons by gently prying each outward with a small flat blade screwdriver.

4. Use flat blade screwdriver to lift faceplate tabs over barbs and rotate face plate off of control head.
