2000-2003 Saturn L-Series and 2002-2003 Saturn VUE with 3.0L V6 Engine (VIN R - RPO L81)

Purpose:

The purpose of this bulletin is to provide ECM connector locations for the J1 and J2 connectors.

Please obtain all 2000-2001 L-Series Engine L81 and Body Electrical Volume II, 2002-2003 L-Series Powertrain Electrical Diagnostics and Body
Electrical Diagnostics, 2002-2003 VUE Powertrain Electrical Diagnostics and Body Electrical Diagnostics manuals and update as indicated below.

1.

Copy the illustration in this bulletin and insert the copied page in the Engine/Emissions Controls Section of the 2000 and 2001 L-Series Engine
L81 Service Manuals.

2.

Copy the illustration in this bulletin and insert the copied pages between pages 488 and 489 and between pages 492 and 493 of the 2000 L-Series
Body Electrical (Volume II) Service Manual.

3.

Copy the illustration in this bulletin and insert the copied pages between pages 506 and 507 and between pages 510 and 511 of the 2001 L-Series
Body Electrical (Volume II) Service Manual.

4.
