Rear Side Door Insulator

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the outer door panel. Refer to Rear Door Outer Panel

removal .

Important:  Apply only enough tension so that the insulator panel releases from the door structure.

2. Remove the door insulator panel.

Installation Procedure

Important:  Make sure the attaching points are clean and dry. If the insulator panel has been damaged during removal, it must be
replaced.

1. Install the insulator using the locating holes and position the insulator panel to the structure. Make sure proper alignment is achieved. Improper

alignment could cause outer panel misalignment.

2. Install the outer door panel. Refer to Rear Door Outer

Panel installation procedure .
