5. Remove the assist handle by pulling down on the handle to expose the fasteners and remove the fasteners.
6. On vehicles with illuminated assist handle, disconnect the wiring harness connection.

7. Remove the coat hook cover to expose the coat hook fastener. Remove the coat hook.
