11. Align the encapsulated glass to the roof in the 4 locations, as shown by the arrows, 0-1 mm (0-3/64 in) lower than the roof in the front and to 0-1
mm (0-3/64 in) higher than the roof in the rear. Measure both the front and the rear of the glass in the 4 different locations to ensure a consistent
measurement.
Tighten the encapsulated glass-to-sunroof module fasteners to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
12. Operate the sunroof to the 1/4 open position.
13. Install the "U" cover by putting the sunroof in the vent position.
14. Install the "U" cover from the outside of the vehicle by snapping the sides to the sunroof assembly.
15. Install the 4 screws to the "U" cover.
16. Verify the smooth operation of the sunroof in all positions.
