Door Trim Panel Fabric Worn Replace All Four Door Trim Panels)

MODELS AFFECTED:

2000 - 2001 L-Series Mid-level vehicles (RPO 67C, 92C, or 19C)

2000 - 2001 L-Series Up-level vehicles (RPO 67D, 92D, or 19D) up to and including the following VINs:

CONDITION:
Some customers may comment the door trim panel fabric is wearing particularly around the armrest area.

CAUSE:
This condition is caused by the door trim panel fabric knap being crushed under normal usage.

CORRECTION:
IMPORTANT:

Before implementation of this bulletin, Canadian Retailers are required to obtain District Service Manager's approval.

Replace all four interior door trim panels. Refer to "Door Trim Panel Front" or "Door Trim Panel - Rear" service procedures in the Doors/Windows/
Mirrors section of the 2000 or 2001 Body/Electrical Volume I Service Manual.
