To receive credit for this repair during the warranty coverage period, submit a claim through the Saturn Dealer System for E7200 (Cylinder, Ignition
Lock - R&R or Replace) or E7650 (Module, Ignition Lock Cylinder (Housing) - R&R or Replace), or if another procedure is performed, refer to the
appropriate Electronic labor Time Guide for the correct Labor Operation Code and Time.
IMPORTANT:
Use labor operation E7650 (Module, Ignition Lock Cylinder (Housing) - R&R or Replace) if ignition lock cylinder could not be rotated with key.
E7650 includes time to R&R lock cylinder; therefore, if E7650 is claimed, do not claim E7200.
