SDM Retaining Nuts: 10 Nm (89 in-lbs)

Connect wire harnesses and install CPA retainers.
12.
Install console to vehicle.
13.
Install console screws.
Torque:
Console Screws: 1.2 Nm (11 in-lbs)

Enable the SIR system. Refer to "SIR Disable/Enable" procedure in the General Information Section of the 2000/2001 Restraints Service Manual.
IMPORTANT:
Once replacement SDM has been installed it is necessary to reprogram the BCM in order for the BCM to recognize the part number of the
replacement SDM. Refer to "BCM Programming in the Service Programming System section of the Service Stall System (SSS)/Tech 2 User Guide.
