HEATER PIPE REPLACEMENT - AUXILIARY REAR

TOOLS REQUIRED

SA9111E Hose Clamp Pliers

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Disconnect the heater inlet and outlet hoses from the auxiliary heater inlet/outlet pipes using SA9111E.
2. Drain the coolant system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (Static Fill LX9) Draining and Filling Cooling System (Static Fill LZ9)

Draining and Filling Cooling System (Vac-N-Fill).

3. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
4. Remove the auxiliary heater inlet/outlet pipe clip nut (1).
