SC1 L4-1.9L SOHC VIN 8 (1997)
29. Raise steering column into position.
30. Install and torque bolts.
Torque: 35 N.m (26 ft-lbs)
31. Connect ignition switch electrical connector at right steering column bolt.
32. Route hood release cable through Up and then install release cable to lever.
33. Install steering column filler panel and DLC.
34. Install and torque screws.
Torque: 2.2 N.m (20 in-lbs)
