Sky L4-2.0L Turbo (2008)
Important: The caps should be installed on the cylinder head in sequence as shown on top of the bearing caps.
12. Position the camshaft bearing caps. Install the bearing cap bolts hand tight.
13. Tighten the bearing cap bolts in increments of 3 turns until they are seated.
Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
14. Install the high pressure fuel pump. Refer to High Pressure Fuel Pump Replacement (See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air
Induction/Fuel Pump/Service and Repair) .
15. Install the camshaft position intake actuator. Refer to Camshaft Position Intake Actuator Replacement (See: Variable Valve Timing
Actuator/Service and Repair/Camshaft Position Intake Actuator Replacement) .
