Sky L4-2.0L Turbo (2008)
4. Position and install the engine front cover.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Notice) .
5. Install the engine front cover to water pump bolt.
Tighten the bolt to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
6. Install the engine front cover bolts.
Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
7. Install the crankshaft balancer. Refer to Crankshaft Balancer Replacement (See: Cylinder Block Assembly/Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft
Pulley/Service and Repair) .
8. Install the drive belt tensioner. Refer to Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement (See: Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt
Tensioner/Service and Repair/Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement) .
9. Install the hood. Refer to Hood Replacement (See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Hood/Service and Repair) .
