Sky L4-2.0L Turbo (2008)
1. Install NEW gaskets to both banjo fittings on the turbocharger coolant return pipe.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Notice) .
2. Install the turbocharger coolant return pipe bolt at the turbocharger.
Tighten the bolt to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).
3. Install the turbocharger coolant return pipe bolt at the thermostat housing.
Tighten the bolt to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).
4. Install the catalytic converter. Refer to Catalytic Converter Replacement (LNF) (See: Emission Control Systems/Catalytic Converter/Service and
Repair)Catalytic Converter Replacement (LE5).
5. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Service
