REMOVAL

1. Disable the Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) system. Refer to Disabling the SIR System in Service Precautions.
2. Remove windshield defroster nozzle by rotating front of nozzle up and away from windshield.

INSTALLATION

1. Snap windshield defroster nozzle onto mode valve assembly and install screws.

Torque: 2.2 N.m (20 in-lbs)

2. Enable the SIR system. Refer to Enabling the SIR System in Service Precautions.
