Front Steering Knuckle: Service and Repair
Wheel Bearing/Hub Disassembly
1. Remove steering knuckle/hub assembly from vehicle.
2. Remove ABS wheel speed sensor from knuckle.
NOTICE: If the hub or bearing is removed from the knuckle, a new bearing must be used during assembly.

3. Assemble the wheel bearing/hub removal tool (SA9159S or equivalent) with part numbers:

1 - hub driver
-
2-hub driver screw
-
3-bridge retainer
-
4 - bridge

4. Secure the entire setup in a vice (by the bridge) as shown in illustration.
5. While holding the hub driver with a wrench, tighten the hub driver screw to extract the hub.
