To receive credit for loaner/rental car costs incurred while owner awaits campaign repair or other goodwill expenses, submit a claim with the

Retailens are empowered to use good judgement regarding loaner rental cars or any other goodwill expenses deemed necessary. It will not be
necessary to call the Saturn Assistance Center for authorization of goodwill. The Goodwill Worksheet (printed in this bulletin) must be used to
document goodwill expenses. The completed Goodwill Worksheet must be attached to the hard copy of the CSO. Retailers are to make sufficient
copics of the blank Goodwill Worksheet to document goodwill expenses.

Check your Saturn SERVICELINE Claim Memorandum daily. Remember to code the claim as a WC sale type, and VC case type. Contact your
field representative if you need assistance.

Dear Saturn Owner:
From the time you took delivery of your 1991 Saturn, we have tried to do our best to ensure your satisfaction. Although we wish it were not so,
unexpected problems occasionally occur with a product as complex as an automobile. When is happens, we want to make the necessary corrections as
soon as we can. That's why we're sending you this notification.
Saturn Corporation in cooperation with the US Environmental Protection Agency, has determined that 1991 Saturn SL2 and SC models (which are
equipped will Twin Cam 16V engines) may after a period of use, fail to meet Federal and California emissions standards. Although this condition should
not affect the driveability or performance of your vehicle, it could cause the car to fail an emissions test. Please help us protect the environment by
having your Retailer correct this condition right away.
What Saturn will do: We will replace your vehicle's powertrain control module (PCM) with a new PCM that will ensure your Saturn meets all applicable
emissions standards. This repair will be performed at no charge to you.
What you should do: Contact your Saturn Retailer to arrange a convenient time to have this service performed. The service procedure itself (replacement
of the PCM) should take about thirty minutes. However, please allow for some additional time that may be required for paperwork and processing.
Having this service performed is essential for proper maintenance of your vehicle's emissions system and will help ensure your full protection under the
