Front Door Panel: Service and Repair
Door Trim Panel Replacement
FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL (SEDAN / WAGON SHOWN, COUPE SIMILAR)
REMOVAL
1. Remove mirror trim panel by firmly pulling on panel to disengage attaching clips. If equipped with manual remote mirror, allow panel to hang
from adjustment cable.
2. Remove fastener from center of inside door handle assembly. Slide door handle assembly forward while pulling outward from the trim panel.
Using a thin screwdriver disengage rod from retainers.
IMPORTANT: If equipped with power door locks, disconnect power door lock switch wiring to remove inside door handle.
