SW2 L4-1.9L DOHC VIN 7 (1997)
6. Lift coolant fan off of upper and lower mounting brackets. Move assembly to the left and rotate counterclockwise lifting right side up past upper
radiator hose.
7. Remove fan from vehicle.
INSTALLATION
1. Install cooling fan in vehicle with lower left corner first.
2. Rotate assembly to place lower left fan mount under lower radiator hose.
3. Position cooling fan assembly on lower mounting brackets. Install upper fan mount pin into slot in radiator tank. Push top of a fan straight down to
engage.
4. Install and tighten upper hold down bolt. Torque to 6 Nm (53 inch lbs.).
5. Install fan motor electrical connector.
6. Install wiring harness to fan shroud.
