To check lock cylinder coding of the lock cylinder, insert key into lock cylinder.

If lock cylinder coding is correct, lock cylinder tumblers and lock cylinder sidebar will be flush with cylinder.

If lock cylinder tumblers and lock cylinder sidebar are not flush with cylinder, verify that coding is correct.
10.
Before assembly, oil lock cylinder set with a light oil or graphite lubricant.
11.
Repeat steps 1 through 7 and steps 9 and 10 for remaining lock cylinders.

Ignition Lock Cylinder Assembly
1.
Insert ignition key into ignition lock cylinder.
2.
Install ignition lock cylinder into ignition lock cylinder housing.
