SW2 L4-1.9L DOHC VIN 7 (1997)
11. Remove front console screws.
12. Move console rearward.
13. Disconnect cigarette lighter electrical connector.
14. Remove bulb socket from cigarette lighter by rotating clockwise and pulling straight out.
15. Tape shifter button in depressed position to clear shifter opening.
16. Lift console at rear. Slide console rearward and lift straight up to remove.
Installation
1. Place shifter in neutral.
2. Lower front of console over shifter.
3. Lower rear of console over parking brake lever onto rear mounting pad.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to place window/mirror and ashtray light connectors through openings into position.
