3. Hand start all bolts, then tighten.
Torque:
IDS to Bracket: 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.)
4. Ensure rubber O-ring is properly seated, replace if damaged.
5. If re-installing the removed IDS, install new retaining ring on out-board end of IDS.
NOTICE: Do not press on boot to engage axle.
6. Install drive axle to IDS, ensure axle is fully seated.
7. Install lower control arm ball stud to knuckle.
8. Install nut and new cotter pin. Tighten nut one additional flat to align cotter pin hole if necessary.
Torque:
Lower Control Arm Ball Stud-to-Knuckle Nut: 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.) + 150°
NOTICE: Do not allow stud to rotate. Secure link stud with wench while removing nut. Discard nut.
9. Install new lower stabilizer bar link nut and tighten.
Torque:
Lower Stabilizer Link Nut: 65 Nm (48 ft. lbs.)
