If the fresh air passage blockage is confirmed, replace air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Outlet Resonator/Duct Assembly Replacement - L61
Removal and Installation procedure in the 2002-2003 Saturn VUE Engine Service Manual.

If no blockage is indicated, continue diagnosis with the aid of the Service Manual. Refer to the 2002-2003 Saturn VUE Engine Service Manual for
additional diagnosis.
