Oil Cooler Pipe Seals Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Disconnect the oil cooler lines from the transmission.
2. Remove the oil cooler pipe fitting and seal.
3. Discard the seal.
Installation Procedure
1. Insert a new oil cooler pipe seal to the cooler pipe fitting.
2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Install the cooler pipe fitting to the transmission.

Tighten the cooler pipe fitting to 20 Nm (14 inch lbs.).
3. Connect the oil cooler lines to the transmission.
